How to unlock the Racer boy achievement in Car Mechanic Simulator - Definitive Guide
not sure if this is a bug or not but if you take more than 2 minutes i believe the timer bugs out and says some crazy number like (-15:45:49) which when you complete the lap at the racetrack with that time it thinks you did it in negative time
(EDIT: sow silence told me in the comments to try the hellcat in the Dodge modern dlc hopefully that works!)

That didn't work for me. 2mins 25secs and it registered it correct.
This ones impossible, the cars are totally undriveable.

Another easy, but time consuming way to get this trophy is to wait for timer to reset. Just do a clean lap without crossing the starting line and wait. When timer gets to 1 hour it resets to 00:00 and keeps counting. Just cross the starting line now and enjoy the trophy :)

Hello,
An even quicker way using this method as a guide.
I let the lap get to 8minutes and then set the consoles time to 50minutes in the future.
I.e. 6pm would be 6.50pm.
This meant I only had to wait an extra two minutes.
Even lazier I know, but time is money on this game.

This guide comes off of Solid_Kryszak's guide and the comment on it from SolaceCreed. It was just too useful a piece of information not to share in a full guide.
From your main garage go to the door to leave and select Race Track. Use any car you have and drive around to the final straight. Check the time remaining until it will hit an hour on the timer and press the dashboard button (do not close the game) and go into your console settings > Date and Time. Manually set the time so it is close to 1 hour on the timer and when you head back into the game, the clock will have jumped forward.
Once the timer hits 60 minutes, it will tick around to 00:00:00 and you will have 1 minute to cross the line and get this trophy.

Here's how i managed it:
Got a Bolt Reptilia R2 Supercharged from a barn find, fixed everything up 100% but used NO performance parts whatsoever, then fitted four 18 inch wheels with the fattest, slimmest slicks i could get (325/30) and went to the track.
Here's the hard part, cause you won't be able to drive full stick, you have to roll the car around the track with the least amount of gas or steering or brake pedal inputs, cause on the straights it immediately turns sideways when you even try to correct an inch whil fully accelerating.
I was able to do it in about 55 seconds but be ready for a BIIIIG bowl of frustration!
It's doable,but it ain't fun....good luck!
