kinda grindy achievement but what i did was hoist the the car up and click A on the motor than hold Y till the dial comes up and at the 6 o'clock is the examine parts tab, go to it and I just examine the axles and everything in between both back and front, even brakes work as well. Keep examining till 250/500/1000 parts for achievements..
