Go to sandbox mode and find a barn with 3 cars in it and just buy them!

I obtained this in the "Sandbox" mode (unlimited money, all skills available, and no customer cars), if you wish to obtain this trophy outside of your story playthrough.
You can still follow this guide if you wish to do this within your story/normal mode, though you need to have some finds readily available and willing to spend
.
It also costs $100 to visit a Barn, unless you are around level 40 to unlock travel discount, which then drops to $50 a visit.
To get to Sandbox:
--> main menu
--> profiles
--> create new in an empty slot
--> select the new profile
--> choose "Sandbox" mode
Walk to your garage rollar door and press
to open the map. Toggle around until you land on a Barn (often on the right side of the map).
Barns are unpredictable. They can give you 1 car, or 3, but most often 2. You simply just need to keep going around until you reach a Barn with 3 cars, and purchase them all. I think i got this on my 4th Barn visit.
Barn Finds can also found in Cases, which are actually found in junk piles in the Barns (there is a Case in every Barn), or in the junkyard, again in junk piles or inside of junked cars.
