Medium. This is where icon placement near castles is key. try to build four small castles next to each other. Then claim the land around them. Try not to break the land barries with roads as this will break the farm lands.

I just managed to get this check on Easy. Not too sure how or what I did for the chev to pop but might be easier for those struggling to play on easy not medium.

To build a farm, all you have to do is place a follower next to a road or a city wall. You will then hear the sound of a sheap and you will see the area supplied by this farm. Just make sure there are no roads between the farm and a city or it will not count.
