Hard way: Just play the online mode in player match and hope you get a player that doesn't know how to play it well.
Easy way: meet a friend and invite them to your game. have him/her help you by placing their tiles to benefit you. If you have 3 friends then you all can trade for METROPOLIS and TOP OF THE HEAP achievements.

i don't know why but this game keeps freezing at the Creating game Screen anyone else having this problem.

try clearing your Cache. If that doesn't work delete the game(only if it belongs to your gamertag!) and re-download it.

The Dumb Luck Way: By chance, I got the achievement during a player match, where my opponent quit half way through and the AI took over. I ended up beating the AI by 50+ points (actually 80 points. LOL.) and it popped. Ya need a lil luck (might even work if it's one of your friends?), but the achievement will pop as long as you score 50+ points more than the opponent in the end.

It somehow popped for me when I had a draw with my opponent in a 2-player match.

i can confirm that the achievement pops if your opponent is dropped from the game and you still beat the replacement AI by 50.

If you have no one to boost this with, you can setup a match and set the time to unlimited, AI to easy and make one of the spots an AI. Once you find a person to play against wait for your turn. Since the time is set to unlimited you can just wait until they leave, then you will be going against easy AI and getting the win by 50 is easy.

Evil, but I've done a similar thing with Magic the Gathering, where the game bugged out giving me unlimited time during my turn. I just started reading and waited like 20 minutes for the guy to quit out. >:D

Just make sure your friend uses his tiles to help you instead of making points for himself.
