You get progress towards this by slicing peds in half, you'll need 35 in total. This can be achieved by using anyone with a blade on their car, Countslash is good but the Bear later on is much better.

To complete this mission, you have to split 35 Peds in half. You can check your progress towards this, in either the Criminal Record or Missions tabs. I used Hawk because he has spikes down the middle but I also turned on Groovin Peds. As the cows were dancing, I drove through them and saw "bacon slicer" pop up on my screen it seemed to of cut them in 2. It also unlocked a skin and rim after.

It is necessary to dismember 35 people with any machine with a cutter in front.

the “Slicing” sign will light up; the cumulative trophy does not have to be done at once, you can do it on the green “countslash” machine
