you can get a "suck my parts" bonus by hitting and killing a ped with a part that flies back onto your car when you repair it.

i think the collateral damage is the opposite, by hitting and killing a ped with a part that falls off your car.

When you repair your car, you will see your car parts either coming to you or flying off but this trophy will pop when they kill a Ped. It should come naturally but I didn't get it until later on in the game. In theory you could drive near a heard of people with a bashed up car and double tap and hope that the parts hit them.
