I found the easiest way to grind T-Rex kills was to play "The Great Forest Fog" hunt over and over again, i.e. collect one T-Rex kill, exit to the main menu and repeat. Seemingly, once you take down a T-Rex within a hunt, it takes an absolute age for another one to spawn, hence why it's far quicker to simply start the hunt again.

I recommend entering the hunt with the Sniper Rifle, "Beeper", "X-Ray Visor", "Decoy" and T-Rex license equipped. When the hunt commences head into the map, bring up your mini-map with and use your Decoy by pressing . The Decoy simulates the sound made by specific dinosaurs, and if there are dinosaurs of that variety in the area they'll answer the call, revealing their location as a result. It may take a couple of attempts but you’ll be able find the location of the T-Rex fairly quickly. Once located, take down the T-Rex, and most importantly collect the kill. Distance and the high-ground are your allies when performing these kills, so try to employ both as much as you can; often if you’re standing on head-level rocks, the T-Rex won’t be able to get you and will end up running around mindlessly - use this exploit as much as you can also.

In order to actually unlock the two Trophy Room trophies, you need to physically “set” each dinosaur in a vacant space within the room. Approach each space, navigate the lists and set a dinosaur by pressing .
