How to unlock the There's Something in Those Trees achievement in Carrion - Definitive Guide

Requirements: Breach the Botanical Gardens.

The Botanical Gardens is a late game OPTIONAL (not required to beat the game) level that’s located in the Frontier - Marshlands. Also located near the Leviathan’s Reef Base entrance.

Edit: Botanical Gardens should be one of the early levels you complete. It also has a needed power up required for beating certain levels

I must be missing something on how this is not part of the main story. I mean, it has 17 positive votes, so I must be mistaken... but don't you: 1) need to go into the botanical gardens to get invisibility, then, 2) once you enter botanical gardens, the entrance becomes a save point, so you can't leave unless you get this achievement; and then, 3) you need invisibility to go into leviathan reef base? I mean, I already got this in PC and xbox, just curious :)

just so people know this is not story related you are able to skip the botanical gardens.

@kiomx Huh I think you’re right. Botanical gardens is where you get the Invisibility power from.
I wrote that it was optional because it was one of the last levels I needed to go complete after I beat the game. So I either somehow got the power up and went back the way I came without realizing it or something.

I’ll update the guide.
