You don’t often see them these days but 0 score (along with 1 and 2 point achievements) were pretty common early in the years ago. Games like Blue Dragon are full of them.

After unlocking "Water Under the Bridge", exit to the right and continue for a couple of screens. You will discover the entrance to the final flashback when you enter the next area called (‘Frontier - Highlands’).
Completing this flashback unlocks this achievement and opens a door in the upper-right corner of the area so you can proceed with the story.
