Just wanted to add you can do this in Free play + Hunter + Tokyo Arena. Nice Video.

Would like to know why i got 3 negative vote them 3 people have not left comments so i assume they are anti cheaters or they just suck at cars games and cant get this achievement.

Tried so many times couldn't do it then realized you can jump right at the end of the ramp.

I would say you need to add "hit jump at end of ramp" in order to improve the solution. +1 anyway.

Got this 1st time in freeplay, hunter mode, with no cheats and 1 boost, just line up the car to the building as per video, accelerate, hit boost just before the ramp, and jump at the end of the ramp. I nearly jumped over the entire building lol.

During the “Tokyo Arena” Hunter event, at the ends of the arena, there is a U-Turn shaped area. Here on your left and right there is a ramp. You will need to have at least one “Turbo” available. So build it up, and line your self up for the ramp. Hit your turbo, and if you got the appropriate speed and jump at the top of the ramp, you should just barely land on the very top of the building.
