Very easy, survival mode is the game where you pick up the batteries and try and make it 3 laps, all you have to do is hit the chase car with weapsons 25 times in survival mode over all your games, not in 1 game.

The "chase car" is the “Lemon” driving in front of you during the “Survival Missions”. Simply grab a power up, and shoot the car. This is cumulative and does not need to be done in one attempt! Your progress on this achievement can be tracked by selecting "Awards" from the main menu.
