Just start up a free-play map on and hunter map. Before you start use match option and set the weapons to just Satellite Quake. When you start the game all the Weapon pick ups will be Satellite Quake's just kill 3 Lemons and its yours.
You don't have to kill 3 in 1 shot you can kill 3 Lemons with 3 separate Satellite Quake's.

Set up a Free Play Hunter Event on "Oil Rig Arena" and choose the “Satellite Quake” as the weapon. Now start the event, grab a power up and head over to where the cars spawn near the corners of the arena. When they start spawning, shoot the weapon and then press 
when the laser is near the enemies to detonate it. Alternatively, the green cars, will often gather in a cluster driving into each other. If 3 or more are in the group, you can launch your attack at them and get the achievement quite easily as well!
