I found this achievement easy by just jumping for 25 mins.
When you jump make sure to press Right so you also get an air trick!

Anytime you jump or launch from a ramp, time is counted toward this achievement. This is cumulative and counts across all play modes. Your progress on this achievement can be tracked by selecting "Awards" from the main menu. You should obtain this naturally while playing through the game.
