I'd like to point out that 'driving backwards' is not the same as driving in reverse. To 'drive backwards' you need to be driving forward and then pull down on the right stick. You can let go of the stick as long as you are still holding RT. Admittedly I might be stupid, but I spent 30 minutes driving in reverse because...it's also backwards. Hence the downvote: solution should be clearer.

I agree, this solution needs fixed to be more clear! WASTED OVER 30 MINUTES driving in reverse.

Go to advanced maneuvers in chrome missions and go to the driving backwards driving part. Once there set a 15 minute song playlist on your phone of your favorite tunes. Flick the right stick backwards once and drive backwards till the playlists ends and your achievement should have popped. It pops as soon as you hit fifteen minutes in game.

Anytime you are driving backwards will count toward this achievement. To drive backwards push down on the 
stick. This is cumulative and counts across all play modes. Your progress on this achievement can be tracked by selecting "Awards" from the main menu.
