This video show you the best easy way to have -- RUNWAY PANCAKE -- achievement unlocked -- (( sorry - PLAYSTATION 3 -- TROPHY in this youtube video ))
Do the same thing , if you want have very easily - the achievement unlocked :

It needs to touch / collide 3 times the airplane in RUNWAY INVASION

During the “Runway Tour” Race event, you will find yourself on a runway with planes landing. When one is landing, either drive or jump into the plane. Either way, doing so will cause you to spin out. The planes constantly land here so you can just stay in the area and knock it out real quick. Must be done in one event! This can be done in Free Play as well.
