On the first Tokyo Race Event, there is one large jump. Really it's just a large hill that ends suddenly and can be found toward the middle of the course. Acquire some boost and jump at the peak of the ramp / hill. Now, press right on the 
stick quickly 5 times. This is the fastest trick to pull off.
