Cars 2: The Video Game

Have two controllers set up. Go into free play and select Disruptor and I choose Oil Rig. Have your first player controller near where the Disruptor is on the platform and use your second controller to get the Disruptor and drive in front of where player 1 sits and hit Y on player 1's controller and knock it out of player 2's hand. (it also helps if you place player 1 on a "?" to have weapons all the time, saves from moving player 1 to get weapons all the time.) I did this until the achievement popped up and got the achievement.

its also easy to get this achievement right after you get the achievement Special Delivery. Set it up on Oil Rig and have the hits to win at 5 and keep hitting restart until the achievement pops up.

To save time, you can do this achievement and SPECIAL DELIVERY simultaneously. Basically, set the needed deliveries to 5 and start delivering them. Once you deliver your first Disruptor, any time you get close to the opposing base, turrets spawn and attack the character you're controlling. If a turret hits you, you lose the Disruptor and it still counts. Furthermore, both achievements count for both players on the same profile.

I can personally confirm this method works because it was how I unlocked both achievements.
