How to unlock the Hall of Famer achievement in Cars 3: Driven to Win - Definitive Guide
Credits are not mine of course !
This is the most time consuming trophy in the game and involves a lot of grind, a bit of luck, and will definitely need an equally skilled coop buddy to help get the multiplayer skill check challenges complete.
There are 9 Categories of Skill Check Challenges. They are:
Driving Mastery (Columns 1-4, and color coded Blue) - Challenges that test your driving skills
Air Trick Mastery (Column 5, and color coded Light Green) - Challenges involving Air Tricks
Weapon Mastery (Columns 6-7, and color coded Magenta) - Challenges involving the use of Weapons
Event Mastery (Columns 8-12, and color coded Orange) - Challenges involving completion of events
Multiplayer (Column 13, and color coded Cyan/Teal) - Challenges involving splitscreen multiplayer
Long Term (Columns 14, and color coded Red) - Challenges involving cumulative actions (such as side bashes, backwards driving, etc)
Thomasville Playground (Column 15, and color coded Purple) - Challenges involving completion of events, challenges, and collectibles in the Thomasville Playground mode.
Track Events (Column 16, and color coded Dark Green) - Challenges involving actions specific to events/tracks (such as towing objects and hitting enemies, side bash a red track, etc)
Series Mastery (Column 17, and color coded Light Blue) - Challenges involving completion of Cup Events
Many of the challenges can be done in splitscreen with additional controllers, if they prove too hard against the CPU. All challenges can be done in Easy mode which also significantly makes this easier, and less time-consuming.
All the skill check challenges can be done solo, except for the ones in the Multiplayer column. You need to have a second controller for these skill checks. Just place the players on different teams, and complete the races for the Sponsored Cup Events. Both players will automatically earn 1st and 2nd place, which makes the multiplayer skill checks easy. Thanks to cnine for the tip!
Note: Completing skill checks also unlocks more characters for the roster, tracks, and events. So make sure to always work towards these challenges, or you'll end up having to grind it out in the end, after earning all other trophies.
If you are looking to do some Skill Checks with a friend, please note that they must be done on the same console and cannot be completed over Xbox Live.
If you need help with a specific one, please feel free to ask me. I thought I'd mention how these can be done solo for anyone who didn't start the game because they thought some Skill Checks would require another person's assistance.
In order to earn this trophy, you'll need to complete all 136 Skill Checks (Challenges) in the game.

Some useful information.
I recommend first getting the "Solid Stars" trophy - earn a star in each race. Many medals will come by themselves. Only then purposefully achieve medals for the “Hall of Fame Winner” trophy.
There are a total of 136 medals in the game, divided into 9 classes.
1. Riding skill (32 blue medals).
Medals are awarded for driving skills and weaponry. You will receive most of the simple medals automatically. Other medals with strange requirements can be knocked out quickly with 2 gamepads. Main menu -> Tournaments -> Create a tournament -> Private tournament 1. The main thing is to set it in the settings - Rivals: Humans only. You can always display any type of races and weapons.
2. Mastery of aerial stunts (8 light green medals).
Almost everything drops out automatically when you knock out stars in the “Dashing Ride” section.
3. Weapon mastery (16 pink medals).
You will receive most of the simple medals automatically. Other medals with strange requirements can be knocked out quickly with 2 gamepads. Main menu -> Tournaments -> Create a tournament -> Private tournament 1. The main thing is to set it in the settings - Rivals: Only a person and the necessary weapon for a medal.
4. Mastery in races (40 orange medals).
Almost everything is given automatically while you knock out stars in races such as Race, Combat Race, Dashing Race, Elimination Race, Best Lap and Master races.
5. Network game (8 pieces turquoise medals).
Attention! You need 2 gamepads. Medals can only be won in the “Team Play with a Sponsor” -> Official Tournament mode. In the "Create a tournament" mode, medals are NOT GIVEN.
In order to unlock tournaments in the “Playing in a team with a sponsor” mode, you will first have to go through them solo from the Tournaments -> Official Tournament section. In total you need to go through 15 tournaments. Afterwards, the 16th Dinoko tournament will open - in any case, it must be knocked out for other medals.
6. Long lasting (8 pieces red medals).
Cumulative medals, everything just adds up. The only thing that will need to be boosted with 2 gamepads is the “Bring the Sides” medal - hit your opponent 200 times. At the same time, get a trophy for 150 hits.
7. Thomasville Playground (8 purple medals).
All medals are earned in Thomasville Playground mode. For 1 medal you will need 2 gamepads.
8. Antics on the track (8 green medals).
