How to unlock the Ground of Applause achievement in Carto - Definitive Guide

During Chapter 2, you will hold a ceremony with the inhabitants of the island and will stay with them for the night. While the ceremony is being held, a potted plant will sway back and forth to the music. After you wake up in the morning, go to that plant and press the "a" button multiple times until a red flower blooms. After that, the achievement will pop.

This can also be obtained on Chapter 4 when you return to the village.

In Chapter 2, after the dinner cutscene, when you wake up, go to the plant to the right of the hut and interact with it until a red flower appears

If you missed it in Chapter 2, then in Chapter 4 you return to the meadow and can get a trophy.
