How to unlock the Samurai Jack Fan achievement in Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion XL - Definitive Guide
The Samurai Jack Theme is the ninth “chapter” in the game. There are four parts to this Theme. Defeat the wave of enemies in Part 4 to unlock this trophy.
At the end of this Theme, you will have:
- Samurai Jack (Character)
- Captain Planet (Character)
- Multiplayer Level – Samurai Jack’s Stage 2
- Multiplayer Level – Samurai Jack’s Stage 3
- Samurai Jack Fan
Here is a rough guide on how to complete this theme:
- Part 1: You’ll fight Evil Samurai Jack. You’ll need to kill him three times before continuing. Use any and all items that spawn and your Super when it’s available. Watch out for his dash attack. Burn him down and hit him out.
- Part 2: Fight Vilgax. You’ll have to kill him three times as well. Use any and all items that spawn and you super attack when it’s available. It’s a pretty straight forward fight – just burn him and get his % up so you can hit him out of the level.
- Part 3: Run along defeating enemies until you get to your horse. Ride him through the canyon while shooting enemies with your arrows. There’s a large Chinese Dragon-like enemy that you fly over you at the end, but you can shoot him from pretty far away to kill him (straight down the middle). Climb up the platforms and dodge the falling mines. When sliding down away from the lava, jump as close to the edge as you can to make sure you make the jump over the gaps. There is no double jump on this part. Duck down to avoid low hanging rocks. If you hit them, it will slow you down. Fight the required amount of enemies at the end to continue.
- Part 4: Defeat 30 enemies to continue. Use your attack to burn them down. The middle of the bridge will eventually blow up leaving a huge gap. Try not to fall in. You’ll be coming back to this level in Level Select for a handful of other trophies. Once you have defeated all 30 enemies, the Theme will end and you’ll move on to the Final Boss.
