This is part 3 in what is essentially a 3-part achievement series:
The Secret Achievement achievement in Cassette Beasts worth 14 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
Once you've completed part 1 & 2, make sure you've also recorded a Boltam to unlock the Electromagnetism ability, as it will be necessary for navigating the mall.
The mall is a fairly simple puzzle, but you can always refer to the wiki page in case you get stuck:
