How to unlock the Cassette Beasts Master achievement in Cassette Beasts - Definitive Guide

So this achievement is basically getting every Cassette beast to 5* and unlocking the extra data in the bestiary from this. A list of all cassettes and locations can be found here - https://wiki.cassettebeasts.com/wiki/Species.
The other guide would save a lot of time if you want to do that but a legit way (but cheese) to get stars quick is to obtain 2 Khepri's (you need the notice board rank 3 to access these), teach them both 7 'Random Starter' skills which can be bought from the middle merchant in Harbourtown, if they aren't selling it then you can rest twice to refresh the wares. And then teach them both a headshot skill.
Basically what this does is it has a chance to use the headshot skill in turn 0, essentially using it between 3-4+ times at the very start of the battle one shotting everything in their path before the fights even start.
Once you have the setup you can then rematch Morgante in Harbourtown station as many times as you want in postgame which nets around 11k xp per fight at level 200 (she increases by 5 lvl's per kill) and the fights take around 10 seconds.
It's also worth noting that on killing her you get an upgrape and a fusion material which seems much much quicker than trying to do the notice board quests to reach level 6 on that
You just need to fast travel there, kill her, exit, re enter, kill her again and repeat. This also increases your stamina each time which is never a bad thing
EDIT: According to a few TA commenters you no longer need all the data for all the monsters, I’ll leave the guide as it is just in case but this could unlock earlier

A few suggestions to improve this guide:
Firstly, you need to reach five stars with 120 Cassette Beasts (The original total) to unlock the achievement, the eight additional Cassette Beasts that where added are included in this which means you don't have to collect all of them and have some leeway.
Secondly, I would suggest fighting Robin Goodfellow who can be found in the top left station in the ghost ship. It's much easier to reset this fight than with Morgante and you will receive a few Olive Ups each time you beat him.
At level 200 you will recieve 16k xp per fight and if you use the Olive Ups to raise your own level to 200 you will be able to two shot this boss using the Khepri method. This means you only need to use one Khepri and can then level an additional Cassette Beast each time.
Thirdly, I noticed that my Khepri would always trigger the headshot ability five times per fight with Robin Goodfellow, which seems to imply there is no randomness when repeating the same battle. This was also the case when testing the Morgante battle where my main would always only hit once and my partner would hit four times each time...
And lastly, as mentioned by @Elliott_M8, you can find Khepri in the Mt Wirral Caves. You just want to enter the cave next to the campfire and keep starting battles until you encounter one. I would suggest using Chrome Tapes to capture it as they don't spawn often, and just keep in mind that they are really weak and won't take many hits.

Is there any in game way of keeping tracking of what you have 5 starred?

A very easy way of getting this without grinding Angels but is cheating!
First you'll have to enable debug mode by holding LB + RB and press Left, Up, Right, Up, Down, Left, Down, L3.
Next you will open up it up hitting R3 and type "add_item upgrape 600" all lower case and hit start to enter it and receive the 600 upgrapes.
If you're like me and had recorded most beasts, then just go through your tape storage and upgrade everything to level 5. I did this whilst sitting in the cafe and added the upgrapes through the inventory option whist in the rest menu which sped it up nicely.
Note: Turning on debug mode may cause bugs to occur whilst playing but will not block achievements!

I will mention for those that want to take this approach, although I didn't myself, that you can give yourself any tapes you want by using a command. I won't add it here, but if you want to use this method I'm sure you can find it.
