These can be completed quick via the Debug menu (Accessible on PC by holding down the CTRL button and typing CHEATS).

Afterwards, pressing F1 will open the Debug Console.

You have to reopen the Noticeboard after clearing all 3 quests to spawn new ones.

This isn’t a solution, more of an informative post.

You need to clear the Bulletin board of all 3 quests 17 times in order to get this achievement. Furthermore for both the achievement and the tracker; they only update when you finish the set of three quests on the board. So if you’re worried it’s glitching out, just finish all three of the currently active side quests, in order to get the progress to update.

Because of this you can’t use the console command to reset the board to mark the quests as done, as it just removes them.

This and the orb fusion achievement will probably be your last two achievements.
