When you complete level 3 on the Ranger Noticeboard, you'll get the quest Here Comes the Sun from Lanthe.
She wants you to investigate a new station found in the Deadlands, once you get there, you'll first face an unstable fusion, followed by an Helia, an archangel.
Defeat the Helia and the achievement is yours!
