Hi Cassette-Trainers out there! Careful, missable achievement!
Had a whole guide here with a specific spot and map-screenshot. Unfortunatly my pictures are not available anymore. So here are two other ideas:
A) Go to New Wirral Park. On the picture of this wiki you can see a spot where you can get to and just fall left on the two enemies standing there. Should pop this way.

B) Otherwise, go a little south east of the ranger station, see this picture:
For me, there was a vampire standing around and whose head you could just walk... That popped the cheevo for me.

Just as the description says, simply go up to another person that you haven't battled before, and jump over him/her without triggering the battle and the achievement pops!

I attempted this on a trainer in the park, bounced on her head, didn't pop. Jumped from above and over her, didn't pop. Jumped over her a few times and different ways and still hasn't popped.

Ok just popped it. A random cultist battle. To clarify you'll know if it works right because the person will get a ? Above their heads. I believe it didn't work the first time because the person I tried it on was turning/searching. I tried it on a stationary person who's battle would have been triggered if I walked into their sight - not someone who I have to interaft with.
