Hi Cassette-Trainers,

In order to unlock the character Meredith, you need to follow 4steps. Watch out, this contains a bit of spoilers maybe.
1) Find her in the open world first. She will be located in the part of the map called "New Wirral Park". Check the red marker on the map. Then, she will tell you to visit her in her shop. (Hint: you can then fast travel back to Harbourtown)
2) Visit her in the shop (yellow marker on the map). She will ask you to find a music record for her. You have to ask around in town for help.
3) Go to the town hall (green marker) and talk to the first lady and ask about the record. She will hand you a letter to give back to Meredith.
4) Head back to Merediths shop (yellow marker) and you will go together to get that music record!
