Captain Gladiola can be found in the southwestern area of the Mire Sea, in the very bottom left corner of the map. The exact location can be found here:
To you will need to acquire the Diveal Swim ability to reach her, though.
Gladiola stands on top of a tall stone column. There is a switch on the right-hand side of the column that you can use to glide up to her. There are no prerequisites to challenging Captain Gladiola, so you can battle her right away.
Gladiola’s team consists of swift melee attackers who prioritize Dodge and Peekaboo to become difficult to hit. They each have the Jagged Edge passive as well, dealing damage whenever the player’s melee attacks miss. Cryoshear is the fastest threat by far and uses Double Slice to hit both opponents.
