You want passive skills for this, they'll all activate before the UI appears.
Stacking Pre-Emptive Strike's on a powerful beast and then fighting a battle in a low level area will get this done.
One could also stack Random Starter on a beast with a high M.Attack with 1 Last Rites, alterantively high R.Attack with 1 Headshot, and it'll melt everything.

Did it with Masquerattle which learns Pre-Emptive Strike as it levels up to 5 stars

Use the Bulletin ability against a Traffikrab in Harbourtown beach, just outside the town on the right. I was level 60 and even if there were two they both died immediately.

This did not work for me at level 35. Will report back after trying again at a higher level.

Ok I'm now level 65 and this still doesn't work for me. Not sure if it got patched out of the game, or there are some other requirements you need to meet to be able to use the Bulletino dash for instakills.
