This is earned from the second part of the Here Comes the Sun quest that you receive once you complete the level 3 Ranger Noticeboard.
After defeating Helia in the new station, you will travel to Harbourtown station, talk to the Magicrab who will take you to the faceless being. No fight here, just go through the conversation and the achievement will pop!
