So the game doesn't have a "tutorial" menu or something. The tutorial are just a couple of hints that the game prompts you when they appear on the map or in battle. The tutorial ends after a couple of objectifs that you have to complete. Follow the main storyline (meaning to follow that exclamation point on the map) and after 15-20 minutes from the start you will unlock this in game.
