Viktoria will have a few quests for you to complete as part of the tutorial, from planting a tree, to talking to the villagers and finally planting/growing some corn. The trophy will unlock as soon as you finish the final corn quest and talk with Viktoria again. You will not be able to do anything outside of these tasks before the tutorial is complete so as soon as you are free to talk to whoever you want, you will have the trophy.
