Ok, really easy achievement. Pick a character and play up until the Barbarian Boss. When you get to the boss, don't use any magic (RT+Y) and if you have it yet, (RT+B). Not using any magic shouldn't be very hard because you're magic should suck at that point. So keep using melee (X) and (Y) until he dies, and if you need health just beat up one of his minions (you'll get food (i.e. apple, pear)). After the boss his dead the cheevo should pop pretty soon (if you did it right).

If you are like me, you will probably get this by accident. Easily gotten on the Barbarian Boss, just make sure you only use melee attacks. Using magic involves either holding down the shift key, or holding down 
and pressing attack. Just avoid either of those buttons depending on your control method and you should have this achievement in the bag.
