What I did and got 3 stars first try in all of them is speed it up to max then when the enemies show up slow it all the way down time doesn't get affected no the level ends really quick

Time Levels are special levels in which you can manipulate how fast your enemies move. To get 3 stars you need to beat the level under a certain time. The best way to do this is to speed up time to max until the enemies are almost at your wall. Then slow it all the way down and take them out. Rinse and repeat until you beat the level. If you’re having trouble getting 3 stars, you can always return with upgraded weapons to try again later.
