Very easy, doesn’t need to be 50 different rooms you can walk between the same ones and the achievement should pop within a couple minutes

It's retroactive. I just had to go into a new room and they all popped.

I haven't tried for the new update achievements, but maybe delete your save first then jump into the rooms. It should count then.

The achievements have been fixed.

Use this code on the ritual option :

Up, down, select , select , select, X ,right, left, down, left, select, up, A

This unlocked all 5 explore achievements as I loaded in.
