To start directly on floor 3, at the start menu you can enter a Ritual code of Down-Right-Up-Left-Down-Right-Up-Left-Down-Right-Up-Left.
The code starts with Down then just goes counter-clockwise around the dpad 3 times before pressing A.

Ritual for floor 3:
A B Up Down, A B Up Down, A B Up Down, A B Up Down. Then press A to confirm the code.
Pick RITUAL from the home screen to enter it. The achievement will unlock after the little spawn-in animation is done.
