If the achievement description says "Watch 100 enemies die from traps" do the following:
1. At "Ritual" enter the code for Cardinal:
(credits to sCoRpTanK for the ritual codes).
2. The next step is a bit random: move to the next room either down or left in the hopes of finding a teleporter star in the middle to use.
3. Once teleported to the final room with the big red star in the middle, go down (South).
4. There should be a spinning saw in the room which will move around an kill the green goblin enemies. You just need to wait in the upper doorway.
5. If the saw does not move diagonally or there are only 1 or 2 enemies left, then just go up (North) and down (South) again for the enemies to respawn.
EDIT: This achievement is cumulative - you don't have to do it in one run.

I did the first 50 enemies from your other guide, but I was wondering, is this accumulative or do I have to watch 100 enemies die in 1 run?
Update: It is accumulative. I died after getting my first 50 and did a 2nd run which popped the achievement!

Very similar to "Negiis" solution, but a workaround for the post update.
1 - Go to Ritual and use the code:, , , , , ,
, , , , , ,
2 - Travel 3x to the left and 2 to the north. You'll end up in a room with 7 centaurs and 2 traps (sppining balls)
3 - Place yourself on the up right corner until 5-6 centaurs get killed by the trap and exit to the room to the right
4 - Get back to the centaur room and place yourself on the bottom left square and just let all centaurs die, even after the game says your dead! It still counts.
In about 10min you get both the 50 and 100 achievements.

These achievements are cumulative across all runs of the game, regardless if you're successful in beating it or not.
There is no chance whatsoever that either of these achievements will unlock naturally while working on the others, so you'll need to grind them out. The easiest way to grind it out is to use one of the Ritual codes in the character specific achievements below. My preference was the Bandit, but use whichever character you prefer. There is some randomness to each playthrough even when using the same Ritual code, but basically load into the game after entering the code and look around nearby rooms. Your goal is to ideally find a room with the swinging balls on chains and multiple enemies. This may take a few restarts or searching around, but once you find a good room it's pretty simple: enter the room and let the swinging balls kill enemies. Make sure you leave the room before all enemies die. As long as at least one enemy was left alive, all enemies will respawn when you reenter the room. Repeat going in and out and letting a few enemies die from traps each time you enter, until this achievement unlocks.
My experience was that this grinding didn't take more than 10 minutes to unlock this achievement.
