As the description says, you need to amass at least 10 hours of total playtime across all runs of the game. Thankfully, my experience along with many other reports indicate that this achievement seems to unlock early. It will still easily require five hours or more of playtime, but it doesn't seem to take anywhere near 10 hours.
You will almost assuredly unlock this achievement before finishing all others, but if you somehow don't, you can just load up a game using any of the ritual codes in below achievement solutions and then just idle your game in a safe room until this achievement unlocks.
