This achievement requires you to beat the game without ever interacting with any of the crystal orbs, which are the round objects on pedestals in the center of random rooms.
If you're going in order with the character specific achievements for beating the game with each character, the Ritual for the Guardian involved an orb being used already, so you won't unlock this achievement there, but you will when using the Ritual for the Huntress provided in Girlizard (50G).
