Collecting coins is accumulative and dying does not matter. Just keep collecting coins from killed enemies and it will pop in no time. Took me just a few minutes.

I recommend using a Ritual to start as the Bandit (refer to Bits and bites (50G) for the code). Now just look around for the nearest room with enemies. Kill all but one, collect their gold, then leave the room and reenter. If you didn't kill all enemies, they will all respawn. Repeat as necessary until you collect 200 coins total. Hunter (200G) and Great hero (200G) will unlock along the way.
