When you unlock the workshop that you can use to customize the name of your kingdom/flag, there is a book near the fireplace where you can buy the puzzles and solve them. Buying and completing the puzzles nets you the achievement.

A note: The jigsaw puzzles for unlocking furniture in the Workshop look like they may bug out. Pieces lock into place when they are in the correct position, so it may look like you've solved it but it doesn't unlock. Make sure to try and pick up any edge pieces or pieces with 'empty' space - two may look right but are out of place, and the puzzle won't complete correctly until thy are. I thought it was bugged since it wouldn't complete a few puzzles.
