A x5 multikill should happen naturally by playing the game with the wide variety of weapons you get. The easiest weapons to get multikills with are the Tri-Stone, which blows through enemies and does heavy damage, or the Apple Bomb, which does explosive damage. Just wait for a cluster of at least 5 enemies to form and sling your favorite weapon at them to kill them all at once.
