This is a story-based achievement for completing:
Bladgard Icefields > Revenge
Potential bug:
- The achievement did not pop my first time through when I earned 5 stars on Hard difficulty.
- It did unlock when I replayed the level on Casual. Note that I did not attempt to earn the bonus objective in this play through.

Why does it seem like its not counting all my troop kills? Do only certain types of troops count?
EDIT: You have to let the Captain get the kills to count. So strategy is to soften them up with a blow or two then let him land the killing blow. The crappy thing is he is usually pretty weakened by the time the big boss shows up, with a dragon. This level is tough.
