How to unlock the Megastar achievement in CastleStorm - Definitive Guide
This Achievement requires you to get 5 stars on every mission. In order to do this, you need to:
get 80% accuracy
beat it on Hard difficulty
complete the Bonus objective
...all in a single run of each mission. You CANNOT go for accuracy on one run, and then complete the special objective on another run.
Most 5-stars can be obtained fairly easily by upgrading certain troops, projectiles, characters, magic, and castle rooms. The gold you earn is shared across all campaigns, so if you need to upgrade...
there are 3 missions you can farm gold:
Kingdom Quest - Frenzy Battle (about 5,000 gold every 15-20 seconds)
Welcome to Vikingland - Frenzy Showdown! (about 6,000 every 15-20 seconds)
(DLC) From Outcast to Savior - Warehouse Demolition (about 10,000 gold every 15-20 seconds)
Okay, with that out of the way, by far, the hardest and most ridiculous mission in this DLC (and possibly the entire game) is Codename Swordfish.
Aiming with the swordfish is incredibly hard, so you will ultimately need practice, (and no spreadsheet in the world can help you with this), but here are a few tips that I found useful:
Fully upgrade your swordfish, and start off by lining up your shots where the enemies spawn. They are moving horizontally, and so are your swordfishes if you double-tap A. In order to line up your shots, rapid-fire your swordfishes and leave your ballista in place. Restart the mission, and your ballista will be set to go. Take out as many as you can like this, and it will help build up your accuracy for later, plus you may get a few headshots here.
At about 30 seconds in (2:30 on the mission timer), Griffins show up. They aren't particularly harmful, but they can block your shots, and are also easy headshots to get, so take them out when they are facing you.
The enemies most likely to get past your initial ballista attack are the short guys with shields, sometimes running. These are the most dangerous to your accuracy and mission, as they are small, hard to hit, and sometimes take 2 or 3 shots to take down. The best place to take them down is close to the castle, as they start heading up the slight incline. As they go up this incline, it will give you a slight advantage in hitting them.
Always double-tap A to take out enemies, and be prepared to fire again if you hit them and they don't go down. And try to keep your thumb on the thumbstick, so you can adjust it up or down slightly if you miss. Removing your thumb means you have to readjust your aim, and that will cost you accuracy.
Horses are fairly easy to hit, and you can use golems to build up, or maintain, your accuracy.
Daeryoon says: "...on the small plateau about halfway down. Aim for them when they are in groups to help with accuracy. And crumbling golems and falling griffins do damage enemies as well. You can use them to take out the running sword guys sometimes to save some potential missed shots."
Tuscani Terror adds: "...the final group on Swordfish (8-9 seconds remaining) has no chance of making it to the castle. If you've met the requirements at that point (pause and check), there's no reason to fire another shot."
As I stated previously, this single mission is incredibly frustrating, and will take you several tries. On many occasions, I found myself failing just one of the objectives, but getting all others, e.g. getting 83% accuracy, but only 29 headshots, or getting 34 headshots and only 76% accuracy.
Keep with it, and I hope this helps.

Hi I can't get 5 stars on this damn swordfish mission. Could you add a video or something? I really like your solution but still, I can't figure it out correctly.
Any additional help would be highly appreaciated ;-)

There seem to be no videos of anyone doing this, and I doubt I could do it again without a lot of practice (and I lack the means of making a proper video). If it's any consolation, a video can only help so much. It takes a lot of practice, and muscle memory (as funny as that sounds). This mission is just borderline unreasonable. Keep with it, and I know you can get it. Good luck.
If there is anybody willing to make a video, I'd be more than happy to add it to the solution. Thanks.

ALERT: NEW TECHNIQUE/GLITCH/TRICK
Credit to: Shadykilla420 for revealing this trick to me!!
Without a doubt the toughest mission to 5 star in this game is Codename Swordfish. What makes this tough is only being able to use the stupid and hard to aim swordfish which ultimately makes getting the required 80% accuracy and 30 headshots insanely difficult.
This method let's you use any heros you want and as often as you want as well as magic spells that you've equipped. Which means you can throw your ranged weapons with heros on the ground and can avoid using the Swordfish entirely!!
Method: Start on the mission before this which is Siegebreaker. Difficulty doesn't matter yet (you can change it to hard later). Finish this mission by capturing the enemy flag. Right before the mission ends deploy Freia on to the battlefield. When the mission has ended and it asks which level you want to move on to, select Codename Swordfish. TADA! Now you can use the trick. Dont forget to change the difficulty back to Hard. Now when the mission starts even though it's Xed out, you can use the heros and magic you had equiped. Press Y 3 times to do this. Y once to pull up the Xed out hero/magic menu. Y a 2nd time to select which one (or right bumper to select the hero/magic you want). And Y a 3rd time to spawn your hero on the battlefield.
Things to keep in mind: if your hero dies you will have about a 3 second downtime. To avoid this when you are low health or when your 30 second timer is almost up you can hold Y to return your hero to base and then you can respawn them again quickly. Mounted enemies you don't have to worry about getting to the gate and losing the match as this hero keeps them from triggering your end. Griffins can't make it to your gate either. I found the Griffins to be super annoying so I stayed right by my gate mostly where they couldn't really mess with me much. Because of the Norse ranged weapons, headshots on the Griffins was tough so I didn't even try doing that. The Tiny yet strong soldiers that run fast gave me the most trouble, most the time I would try to kill them first as they travel across the field the fastest and can reach your gate. I chose Freia because her ranged weapons went through enemies (meaning multiple headshots possibly in 1 hit). Cpt. Thorward is stronger but his ranged weapons can't go through enemies making him pretty useless. And Chief Ramhorn throws tiny rocks that do go through enemies but they are tinnier than the Axe Freia through so the rocks are less likely to hit more heads.
I was able to get 99% accuracy and 30 headshots using this method after a few tries. The hardest part for me was getting basically 10 headshots per minute as you only have 3 minutes, and respawning manually before they killed me so I wouldn't have that 3 second downtime.
If there is another level that you are struggling on then please let me know and I'll put forth my best effort to help you get past it! Once again thanks to Shadykilla420 for revealing his technique to me upon request that allowed me to use Freia during this ridiculous level!

Perfect.
Freya or the Chief are the best heros to do it with, the Captain is too slow and his axe goes wide too often.
It may not be clear enough but hen you do get the ability to spawn Freya or the like in the swordfish mission. As long as you despawn the hero wtih a few seconds left you can instantly spawn them again. Freya has the best projectiles for hitting on headshots and keeping accuracy (her axe goes through multiple enemies to keep accuracy high).
There is enough enemies on teh field for you to sword kill the rock golems and ignore the griffins altogether. If you camp your gate, the griffins wont even attack you. I also sword killed the occasional runner because i was close to despawn time.
I finished with 100% accuracy and 36 headshots after a few practice attempts.
