You get this for completing 'Saddle Up!'
I recommend putting on the 'Potion of Conversion' and using it on the trolls that come. This will allow you to focus on the enemy cattle as the trolls will take out all of the enemies and will take a while to die.
I only had to use the potion twice, I focused all of my attacks on the castle after I had a troll and did the level in under 5 minutes.
