This boss fight you'll need to pay close attention to Hugh. Without warning, he's use one of the sub weapons. After he powers up for phase 2, those same sub weapons will be harder to avoid. But his main attack is very easy to manipulate in your favor.

All you need to do is let him get close. He will attempt to attack you either duck or jump it doesn't matter which direction. Unless he quickly switches to a sub weapon. Then quickly hit him a few times depending on distance. This guy ends up being the worst boss in the entire game.
