It's always worth playing these games from scratch as the music is fantastic and it's always great to play through a new/old game but this solution is an easy option if you just want that achievement.
To earn this trophy, you need to beat Castlevania Bloodlines with John Morris. This game has a difficulty setting and it's perfectly fine to set it to easy and still earn the trophy.
The following password will send you to the final stage, which is a bit tough. There are some obnoxious puzzles and several boss battles. When you get to Death, he'll have a card roulette. Two of the six cards are for healing, so save those for the end.
