When you enter the fight against Stella and Loretta, you can defeat them like a normal boss fight. Doing so will give you the bad ending and a game over. You do not want to do this and it does not unlock this achievement.
Instead, you need to find the Sanctuary spell and use it on the sisters instead of fighting them. The Sanctuary spell is in Sandy Grave, in the room where the stone rolls down an incline. Beneath the ramp is a small opening that you will have to use Toad Morph to enter.
This spell takes a while to charge up, so I let Charlotte start charging it and face-checked the sisters until the spell was almost done. The spell has an area of effect, so bait the sisters to make sure at least one is in it. The achievement will unlock and the boss fight will end if you are successful.
