The Lady of the Crypt is the second boss in Trevor's campaign. The fight has three stages. In the first, use a perfect block on her attacks and hit her while she's stunned. In the second stage, she'll use a charging attack. Jump over her and hit her from behind. In the final stage, she uses both her regular and charge attack, as well as a grab. Roll away from the grab and counter the others as before.

Once you beat the boss there is a series of Quick Time Events (QTEs), complete these and the trophy will unlock.
