The Succubus is the third and final boss in Simon's campaign, she spends most of her time in the air. Use area attacks () to hit her, as opposed to jumping attacks, since you have more mobility on the ground. When she loses enough health, she'll put a shield around herself. Attack her until it starts glowing then grab her () to destroy the shield. Afterwards, any time she flies into the background and starts making out with one of the ladies, grab her again to avoid her putting up another shield. Later she'll make two clones of herself in shields, the real one will flash red when you hit her; do enough damage and you'll get the chance to grab her again. This will eliminate the clones, continue attacking until she's dead.
